Turing LLM Industry Access Application

This page is for teams that need to access the Turing LLM platform as an industry project. Individual users can create an API Key directly in the Turing Portal without submitting this application.

Access Requirements​

Please review the following platform policies before submitting an access application:

Default QuotaNew projects have a default monthly spending limit of 500 USD. If you require a higher limit, please specify this in your application.
Cost AllocationAPI consumption costs are direct project expenses (IT and IT maintenance fees) and are covered by the project's budget.
Contract RequirementThe API Service Internal Settlement Agreement must be signed, or an EPRO budget interlock must be completed, within 3 months of onboarding.
Non-complianceIf the trial period (3 months) expires without a completed contract or interlock, the platform will suspend API service for that project.
Quota IncreaseAfter signing/interlocking, you may apply for an increased monthly quota based on project needs, with no upper limit.
Pricing ModelInternal customers are charged at actual token consumption cost with no markup. See Model List & Pricing.

Access terms

Please read the following terms carefully. Agree to view the onboarding flow and technical docs.

  1. Enterprise accounts default to a USD 500 monthly spending cap. For higher limits, state this when applying and complete the budget lock-in.
  2. Within 3 months of onboarding you must sign the 《API Service Internal Settlement Agreement》 or complete EPRO budget lock-in. Service will be suspended if neither is done in time.
  3. API consumption fees are IT / IT-maintenance costs of the requesting project and are paid from that project's budget.
  4. Enterprise API keys may only be used for the project and business scenario declared at application time.
  5. The platform monitors and rate-limits anomalous traffic. Non-compliant usage will result in key suspension.
